Each new client begins with a complete assessment. This includes:
  • fitness/nutrition goals;
  • why these goals are important;
  • health history;
  • family health history;
  • resting heart rate;
  • resting blood pressure;
  • body mass index;
  • body fat percentage;
  • a test of cardiovascular fitness;
  • a test of strength, and
  • a test of flexibility.
  • Each client is asked to provide a three-to-four day dietary diary into which everything eaten or drunk for meals or snacks must be listed. This information is fed into a computer program, which shows how a client's diet stacks up against what it should be.

All of the above is then used for a 12-14 page report outlining the results of the above tests compared to national norms for client's age and gender.

Based upon the results of the assessment, clients are provided personalized exercise programs and nutrition guidance.

Client sessions are held twice weekly, once weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending upon the client's preference.
